WTR Consulting Engineers, L.L.C. (WTR) has served the western United States in the Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental and Construction industries since 1993. WTR is a HUBZone SBA contractor with our home office located in Helena, MT.  Our second office, located in Missoula, was opened June 2007 to provide more convenient services to our clients.  We offer complete engineering design and analysis with the addition of construction services for the development of building components and the implementation of those systems in strict  compliance with current codes and standards. Drawing on our extensive experience, we present the client with a practical, economical and safe project with outstanding project management and construction.

Mr. Matt Warner is the Principal and Owner of WTR Consulting Engineers, L.L.C.  Mr. Warner is a born and raised Montanan from Forsyth, Montana and a graduate from Montana State University - Bozeman.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Montana and Idaho and has over 23 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental and construction design and equipment installation in commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential projects.
