WTR Consulting Engineers, L.L.C. (WTR) is providing mechanical, electrical, environmental and energy audit engineering design services for the remodel/renovation of a 3 story, 54 unit retirement home in Helena, Montana. These services were necessary prior to demolition and renovation activities to assure that the 30 year old building was updated to meet current building codes.

WTR also completed a Preliminary Architectural Report for the retirement home in association with Mr. Ron Cullen of Cullen Architecture and Design. This report included mechanical, electrical, energy and environmental assessments of the structure before the remodel to provide the Owner information regarding costs to update the building to code.
