WTR provides commissioning services to identify energy inefficiencies and diagnostic services to find a solution to effectively reduce resource consumption.  In addition, WTR also promotes and facilitates the creation of environments that are consistent with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and other sustainability operations.   WTR has been the designer or a third-party independent LEED Commissioning Agent (commissioning authority) and has the ability to prepare site-specific Commissioning Plans to satisfy the LEED™ prerequisite requirements. Commissioning Plans contain the commissioning authority’s analysis of whether each commissioned system or component meets the design intent of the project from the owner’s perspective and meets the engineers’ contract specifications.  As the commissioning agent, WTR provides specifications and instructions for properly installed systems, passing functional performance tests, proper testing and balancing (TAB) and confirm engineering analysis for energy savings.
