WTR Consulting Engineers provided plans and specifications for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing for the remodel of an abandoned building to bring it up to code and prepare the building for a new Pizza Hut restaurant in Helena MT.

WTR also provided general contracting services for the demolition of the interior of the building, and in addition, provided environmental services including hazardous material testing and abatement design for the removal of asbestos containing building materials.
