WTR was contracted to provide environmental design and management services for the proposed refurbishment of the entire steam tunnel system and the University of Montana, Missoula campus.  The project is divided into three phases:

• Supplemental Inspection and Preliminary Design

• Final Design, Bidding, Contract Administration and Project Management

• Project Management, Project Monitoring and Final Reporting

Phase scheduling is critical for this project considering there will be no shutdown of the mechanical systems and all buildings will remain occupied and operable during the abatement process.
